Are your products suitable for kids?

We recommend avoiding using Lushify products for kids younger than 12 years.

Are Lushify products free from parabens?

Yes. The only sulfate that we use in our products is sodium coco sulfate (SCS), which is approved by certification organisation COSMOS.

ARE THE PRODUCT FRAGRANCES NATURAL?

Yes - we do not use synthetic fragrances. All our fragrance compositions are 100% vegan, carefully curated using natural aromatic substances, with no phthalates or other synthetic preservatives involved. 

Where does Lushify ship to?

We currently ship to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Can I return my order?

Cosmetic products can't be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns, the risk of product degradation, legal regulations. We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items.

What will my package look like?

All our packaging is designed with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Your orders will be securely packed in cardboard boxes with cardboard fillers to ensure the safety of the products during transit.
